Please review our policies before booking. These help us provide the best experience for all pets and their families.
Booking Deposit
- $20 deposit required to secure your booking
- Deposit is applied towards your grooming session total
- Deposit is non-refundable for no-shows
Late & Cancellation Policy
- Arriving 15+ minutes late = deposit forfeited
- Arriving 30+ minutes late = booking cancelled
- Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule
Vaccination Requirements
- All pets must be fully vaccinated
- Minimum 7-day waiting period after vaccination before grooming
- Proof of vaccination may be requested
Health Requirements
- Pets must be in good health at the time of grooming
- We cannot accept pregnant animals
- Pets with heart or respiratory conditions are not accepted
- Please inform us of any health conditions at booking
Sunday Surcharge
- 10% surcharge applies to all services on Sundays
- Applies at both Coopers Plains and Southbank locations
Towels & Extras
- Disposable towels available for $2
- BYO towels are welcome
